Melting tank

Equipment Introduction:

Stainless steel melting tank is an industrial equipment that combines melting and reaction functions, mainly used for metal smelting and chemical material processing, with characteristics such as corrosion resistance and intelligent control.

Function and Control:

Equipped with an axial flow mixing system and a PLC control cabinet, it can monitor the temperature and liquid level status of the medicine in real time, with ± 2 ℃ constant temperature control and high and low liquid level alarm functions. The top of the tank is equipped with a disinfection port, cleaning ball, and manhole, while the bottom is equipped with a drain valve and sampling port to meet GMP production requirements.  ‌

Application scenarios:

Suitable for dissolving and storing coagulants in the petrochemical industry, mixing microbial culture solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, and storing sodium hypochlorite solutions in water treatment plants. In the production of food additives, special working conditions such as eliminating dissolved bubbles through adsorption layer stirring components and dissolving sodium silicate are designed with reinforced bottom pipes.
