Equipment function:
Mainly used in the vacuum drying process of feather powder processing, the gas inside the hydrolysis tank is extracted by a vacuum pump to reduce the pressure and lower the evaporation boiling point of the moisture contained in the material. With the heating of the interlayer of the hydrolysis tank, the evaporation rate of moisture can be accelerated, thus achieving the effect of rapid drying and energy saving.
Equipment composition:
Vacuum pump: It is the core equipment of a vacuum pump station, used to extract gas from the system and reduce air pressure. Common ones include water ring vacuum pumps.
Valves and pipelines: used to control the flow of gas and regulate the vacuum degree of the system, which can achieve the extraction, sealing, and regulation of gas inside the system.
Instrumentation and control system: used to monitor and control parameters such as vacuum degree, temperature, pressure, etc. of the system. Operators can monitor the operating status of the system in real-time and make necessary adjustments and controls.
Auxiliary equipment: Depending on specific requirements, cooling systems, purification systems, drying systems, etc. may be equipped to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump station and the required vacuum environment. In feather powder processing, vacuum pump stations are usually equipped with water cooling towers, circulating water storage tanks, etc., to cool the circulating water for the vacuum pump and condenser.
