Oil press

Equipment Introduction:

In the feather powder processing flow, the oil press is the core equipment for achieving "resource recovery+reduction treatment". It is mainly used to separate animal fats from the dried/hydrolyzed products of dead livestock and poultry, as well as slaughter waste. At the same time, it produces solid residue after degreasing, avoiding environmental pollution caused by waste and achieving resource recycling. Its design needs to adapt to the material characteristics of high viscosity and high impurities.

Function of oil press:

Oil recycling: After high-temperature drying or hydrolysis of dead livestock and poultry or slaughter waste, a paste like mixture of "oil+protein+bone debris" will be formed. The oil press separates animal oil through physical pressing, which can be further refined into industrial grade oil or used as feed additive raw materials after compliance treatment.

Residue reduction and purification: After defatting, the volume of solid residue is reduced by 30% -40%, and the protein content is increased to over 60%. It can be directly used as raw material for meat and bone meal, or further crushed and processed into bio organic fertilizer, achieving the conversion of "waste resources" and avoiding pollution and resource waste caused by traditional landfill and incineration.
