Working Principle:

The exhaust gas containing pollutants enters from the bottom of the tower and rises after being evenly distributed by the gas distributor. Multiple layers of spray layers are installed inside the tower, and the spray liquid is atomized into small droplets through nozzles, which come into full contact with the rising exhaust gas. The pollutants in the exhaust gas are absorbed or undergo chemical reactions by the spray liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of purification. The purified gas continues to rise and is discharged after passing through a demister to remove entrained droplets. The sprayed liquid that absorbs pollutants flows into the bottom circulation pool of the tower and is treated before being recycled or discharged.
