Functional positioning:
Transporting hydrolyzed paste like mixtures (containing oil and protein residues) requires both conveying and preliminary pressurization functions to provide stable pressure for subsequent oil press feeding.
Structural features:
Adopting a variable pitch spiral design, the feed end has a larger pitch and the discharge end has a smaller pitch, gradually compressing the material during transportation to improve solid-liquid separation efficiency. Directly connected to the feed inlet of the spiral oil press, pressure linkage control can be achieved.
Adaptation advantages:
Compared to ordinary centrifugal pumps, the spiral structure can effectively avoid the accumulation of high viscosity materials in the pump chamber, and the fluctuation of conveying pressure is less than ± 5%.
